When I paid out of pocket for it it was about $400 and my dr. would write the scripts for the higher dosage so that I could save part of each dose and I think a bottle lasted 45 days. Plus there was a once a year free bottle and I think one of those cards that reduces co-pays that didn't work with my insurance (oh, it didn't work because I had insurance that wouldn't pay). I kind of think it was $375 or so for the lower dose and $425 for the higher dose. I eventually needed the higher dose which sucked but that's still a lot better than $700.<br /><br />I do know that my psychiatrist has told me Costco has the best med prices nearly always.
